According to reports agents from the United States FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) have attempted to meet with two “sex instructors” who were arrested in Pattaya last month who are claiming to have information and evidence of Russia’s involvement in the 2016 US presidential election.

Anastasia Vashukevich and Alexander Kirillov, both Belarusian citizens are currently incarcerated in a Bangkok prison after being arrested for running a sex course in the resort city of Pattaya, after being arrested they sent hand written letters to the US Embassy in Bangkok stating that in return for arranging their release they would provide information on Russian’s involvement in the US election.

According to a source in the Immigration Police Bureau who did not wish to be named FBI agents contacted the department last week to attempt to set up a meeting with the pair.

The request was apparently denied on the grounds that only legal representatives and family members are permitted to visit detainees.

The US Embassy here in Bangkok was asked to comment on the FBI’s attempt to meet with the pair but reporters were told there was no new comment on the issue and referred them to a statement released previously.
