Former Genesis and solo star Phil Collins has cancelled two shows at the Royal Albert Hall, following a fall, which resulted in an eye injury.
Collins, 66, fell on his way to the toilet, suffering a nasty gash close to his eye. He was kept in hospital overnight as a precautionary measure, after receiving stitches.
The rock star has had trouble walking after undergoing back surgery.
The singer who had hits with “In The Air Tonight”, “You Can’t Hurry Love” and “Easy Lover” has been in the music and acting business since 1968, releasing 45 singles.
He also starred in the movie “Buster” in 1988, based on the story of the “Great Train Robbery” with Julie Walters.
