Eighty-one foreign fishing ships were destroyed by Indonesian authorities for illegally fishing in the country’s waters.

This brings the total ships sunk to an amazing 317 since President Joko Widodo came to power in 2014.

The ships, which were blown up at sea, were mainly from the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.

Indonesia issued a stern warning to all foreign fishermen. “Stay out of our waters” or face the consequences.
