President Trump will not stop off in Thailand as part of his trip to Asia, but he will visit nations such as China, Japan and South Korea.
He is expected to land on Asian soil sometime on November 3rd before departing on November 14th.
The trip will almost certainly involve talks with the three nations regarding the actions of North Korea and its insistence on firing ballistic missiles and developing a nuclear threat, which leader Kim Jong-un seems hell bent on continuing with, despite please and threats from the US and United Nations.
This will be the American leader’s first visit to Asia since taking office in January. He also has plans to visit Vietnam and the Philippines for two summits as part of his five nation trip, which will commence with a meeting with Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
He is then scheduled to visit South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines but has decided not to include Thailand in this trip.
He will be hoping to discuss North Korea, with a view of putting an end to the missile tests and nuclear threat. America insists that all options are still on the table as far as North Korea is concerned, including military action.
Of course Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, will travel to the White House in Washington to meet with President Trump as part of an arrange visit, scheduled for today.
