Horrified police and medical personnel were called to a condominium complex in Pattaya after a report that a new born baby had been thrown from one of the condos to the ground.

When personnel arrived they found a truly horrific site as the plastic bag the child had been thrown in had opened revealing massive head trauma to the infant.

Officer Phitak Nernsaeng from Pattaya police along with medics from the Sawang Boriboon Muang Pattaya foundation were first on the scene at Pattaya Sai 2 after the incident was reported yesterday (November 6) afternoon.

Pictures taken at the scene show the shocked faces of rescue workers in attendance over the tragic incident.

A witness called Apichart, 26, who was fitting curtains on the fourth floor of the complex told officers that he saw the plastic bag plummet passed the window while he was working then when it hit the ground he realised what it contained.

He said once he had regained his composure he ran to tell security what had happened who alerted the authorities.

So far no has confessed to the heinous act.

Police are currently in the process of reviewing CCTV and conducting interviews at the complex to find the culprit.

Police have since taken into custody a 20-year-old woman who was found on the 17th floor of the condominium complex having given birth to the infant in the bathroom of her condo.

She allegedly told officers she was not ready to have a baby and that the child’s father was a foreigner who already had a family.
