Despite yesterday’s very heavy downpour in Pattaya the military parade still took place for the International Fleet Review to celebrate the 50 th anniversary of ASEAN.

Several hours of heavy rainfall prior to the parade left sections of Pattaya Beach road flooded but this did not dissuade military personnel from multiple nations from marching through the floodwaters along the road from Tawanna night plaza to Pattaya School eight, accompanied by the Royal Thai Navy’s marching band.
