An eye witness Mr Ratasaet Saewee aged 29 was close by with friends and said he saw the man walking along the road making a video call on his phone, but at that time he thought nothing of it. Shortly after the victim was then hit by the Chevrolet and thrown under the wheel of the stationary bus.
