An unnamed sixty-year-old foreigner has died after falling from a plane on Thursday afternoon.
The man was on a plane, which belonged to Thai Sky Adventures in Pattaya.
Colonel Chonnapat Nawalak of Nong Kham police said the man jumped from the plane, landing in water but it is unclear if he died as a result of the jump, a failed parachute or from drowning at this point.
Harry Harrison, the owner of the Thai Sky Adventures claimed he was unaware of the incident when contacted by a reporter.
The company hit the headlines a couple of years ago, when one of their aircraft came close to killing two skydivers who were taking part in a tandem skydive. The plane clipped the pair but the experienced instructor held his nerve to avoid what could have been a catastrophe.
