Eight months ago 101 Walking Street businesses were fined for improper wastewater management.

Now after a meeting was held on August 31 they have been told they will have to pay part of the bill to install a new sewage system under Pattaya’s most famous street.

Deputy City Manager Sutham Petchkeht held the August 31 meeting at Pattaya School No. 8 where he outlined the new sewage management system to business owners, executives from Enrich Instrument Co, and members of the Sanitation Department.

The amount it will cost to connect a venue is currently not know and will depend on the type of venue according to Sutham.
