Illegal modifications of motorcycles and pillion riders have reported increased in Bangkok.
Friday, May 11, the Bangkok Police arrested 100 motorcyclist and pillion riders along with seizing 85 allegedly modified motorcycles for road racing.
At different checkpoints in the jurisdiction of Metropolitan Police Division 7 roads, the police arrests took place. Further Deputy police chief Pol Maj-General Surachet Hakpal clarified that, out of the 100 arrested, 74 belonged to the under 18 years of old category. Also found were small amounts of marijuana and methamphetamine pills.
The Police also arrested Pirakit Sakuljitjinda, 39 he owner of Praram2Bikes shop in Bangkok’s Bang Khunthien district for selling below standard and illegally modified exhaust pipes for motorcycles.
