Several months ago the story of a late-forties American man who was struggling to afford to marry his young Thai girlfriend who he proposed to after a mere eleven days of knowing while here on holiday and featured on hit American TV show “90 Day Fiancé” made news headlines all over the world, well it seems there’s now another twist in the tale for 2017’s answer to Romeo and Juliet.

The popular TV show showcased the couple Chanoknat “Annie” Suwan, 24, and David Toborowsky, 48, turbulent relationship pointing out the many hurdles they faced before eventually tying the knot in Kentucky, USA, about a month ago.

David who had recently been through a difficult divorce was broke and struggling to afford the wedding which included a dowry to the bride’s parents consisting of gold, buffalos and a small sum of money.

All the while the couple were living with David’s best friend Chris Thienemen and his wife and baby as they couple had nowhere else to live.

Things got heated on a recent tell-all episode of the hit US show where it came to light that Chris offered Annie $10,000 to leave David and return to Thailand but that was not the only revelation to come from the episode where Annie was accused of just using David for a green card (visa to the states) David was then described as being a deadbeat, drunk and a cheater.

It seems however love trumped the offer of money as Annie’s Instagram account showed the couple still together spending Christmas and New Year’s in Florida.

Annie’s most recent post shows her holding a large rifle and is captioned “Be a hunter or a victim” let’s hope David has taken note.

What’s next for these two love birds? Only time will tell.
