Two people who used a parcel service to deliver marijuana to customers have been arrested.
Montree Piyaphan, 30, and a teenage girl, 17, who was referred to as Ae were arrested in connection with the supply of weed.
The arrests occurred when Chon Buri police informed their counterparts in Phitsanulok that parcels containing the drug were being dispatched from their district by a postal service.
Mr. Piyaphan was arrested at a private post office where he was caught in possession of twelve parcels, bound for clients around the country. He confessed to selling between 50 and 200 kilograms of weed, netting him almost five million baht per annum.
He gave details of where clients were, many of which were tourist orientated locations.
It is safe to say that the authorities will now have a database of both suppliers and clients of the pair.
Squeaky bum time!
