Motorists on October 26 will not be charged to use the Don Muang Tollway in an effort to help facilitate the large number of mourners expected to arrive in the capital for the cremation ceremony of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
The managing director of the Don Muang Tollway, Thanin Panichewa announced today that travellers will be exempt from fees from 1am until midnight on October 26.
It is expected that over 250,000 people will descend on the capital on October 26 to pay their final respects to the late beloved king.
