Acting after officers received a tip-off they arrested Henrique while he waited for his luggage, having arrived from Ethiopia.
Arresting officers said that the man confessed to swallowing the drugs and said he was meant to meet up with a buyer in Bangkok.
He led officers to a hotel in Soi Sukhumvit 64, where the drugs deal was supposed to take place. At the hotel police then arrested a second suspect who went to Henrique’s room with the intent to buy the cocaine.
