A group of barbers and hair dressers from north east Thailand are protesting against the government for opening trade up to the foreigners, i.e. Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
The President of the Sakon Nakhon barbers and salon operators association Janthipha Khwanwatana have presented a letter to oppose the government’s trading pact with the foreigners.
Though the government has not yet legalized the foreign trading but Janthipha and her fellow members were in the notion that the pact had already been sealed.
With markets running low for the Thai hair dressers, the foreign markets would absolutely hit hard the Thai Locals.
They demand that the government can permit the foreigners with any other job but the hairdressing remain a Thai job only.
