Take a break

Thailand’s authorities are urging drivers to take breaks if they feel tired at the wheel.

Fatigue is a known killer, typically when travelling over long distances. Common sense tells us that we should stop at a suitable resting place, get out the vehicle and partake of some coffee.

Ideally drivers should take a break every two hours.

If needed, have a nap. It could save your life.
