Love lost can be found again! And this quote turns true for the 99-year-old Swiss man who reunited with his Thai wife after three years.
After 20 longs years of marriage the couple who had lost contacts for 3 years finally reconciled with the help of the Thai tourist police.
Tourist Police reported that the 99-year-old Swiss man- Emile Jean-Petit-Matile on reaching Suvarnabhumi Aiport on Friday, handed his wife’s address scribbled on paper. He urged the officials to help him look for his wife, a native of Thailand.
As per the address handed over, the tourist police reached on the accounted address on Koh Phangan. Krajang Kluboon, the 70-year-old Thai wife was no longer residing there but had moved to a different location. Upon investigation, the Swiss-national’s wife was found at her new residence, quite close to the previous address.
Krajang Kluboon was witnessed extremely emotional and happy that her husband, at his age had come to find her.
The couple officially married in 2005 and had spent 7 years together but got separated and lost all contacts when 3-years-ago, Matile returned home for his medical treatment.
Though this didn’t make much sense to us too, this is what Krajang Kluboon stated.
Pol. Maj. Gen. Surachet Hakpan, much in news these days for charging the tuk-tuk drivers for creating unnecessary traffic congestion around The Grand Palace, stated that Matile will be flying to Koh Phangan and will reconcile with his wife.
Thai Airways is sponsoring for this flight to Koh Phangan and here we can see some pictures of the Swiss National along with deputy chief of the Tourist Police Bureau and two Thai Airways employees.
