According to a forecast made by the chief of the Meteorological Department the skies over Bangkok should be clear and sunny meaning there won’t be rain on the day of the Royal Cremation on October 26.

The director-general of the Meteorological Department Wanchai Sakudoomchai said that Bangkok could expect rain on October 22 and 23 however then winter would start and the skies would remain clear for October 26.

He stated that the southern regions might experience some rainfall on October 25 and 26 as a result of monsoon trough passing over the region.
