The cabinet announced two new holidays in Thailand to celebrate the reign of King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
The first holiday falls on July 28th, to mark the new King’s birthday. The other is October 13th, which is to mark the death of the King’s late father King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
However, there is a holiday lost, which falls on May 5th, the date of King Bhumibol’s coronation.
So two new holidays with the loss of an existing one, which is good news for the people of Thailand.
