Its Facebook official people Cheap Charlies a bar popular with tourists and Expats in Bangkok will be reopening their doors all be it in a different location on December 1.
The legendary Bangkok bar was shut down nine months ago after the land it was on was sold to a hotel developer forcing the bar to close, land which has since sat untouched but we don’t need to go into that right now.
The beloved watering hole announced that they would be opening their doors again last month but kept details as to where and when close to their chest causing a flurry of speculation online from their loyal patrons and fans.
Well it seems the guessing game is now over as it was confirmed that Cheap Charlies new home will be on Nut Soi 50 just off of the Chalerm Maha Nakhom Expressway.
Fans will no doubt be delighted by the news and will surely be counting the remaining days till the popular watering hole reopens.
