The site of the Royal Crematorium will open to mourners for one month after the completion of the Royal Cremation Ceremonies for the beloved late monarch King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
The ceremonies are planned to take place over five days starting from October 25.
The Deputy Prime Minister announced yesterday that the Royal Crematorium building will be open to members of the public to come and take a closer look after the ceremonies.
The Royal Crematorium has been built opposite the Grand Palace on grounds reserved for Royal funerals.
The crematorium complex is filled with hundreds of statues specially sculpted for the ceremony which depict gods and mythical beasts made to represent Mount Meru.
