Thanandorn Bandasak and others are being investigated over the claims, which could lead to dismissal and criminal charges being brought against them if found guilty of any fraudulent activities.
A Ministry of Education official visited the Cha-Am area to gather evidence following allegations from another school director that dodgy deals were happening.
The evidence provided suggests that those involved bought furniture, then placed the order, so the accounts could not be matched and thus profits made.
