How many of you love horror movies or dressing up in macabre costumes when you go to Halloween parties?

It would be fair to say that many of you are into gore, violence or ghost stories. But how would you feel about spending the evening in bed with a corpse as a pillow?

Would You Sleep With A Corpse Pillow?

If the answer is yes then maybe a Bangkok business have just the solution for you in the form of their “Corpse Pillow”.

The same business had a huge success with the monitor lizard pillow and now plan to build on that prosperous venture, with this latest morbid offering.

They also have a number of bed accessories, based on ghosts and ghouls from around the world. For instance you could sleep with a Chinese zombie that goes by the name of Jiangshi or spend the evening in the company of a Japanese woman, who has been slit across her mouth, known as Kuchisake-onna.

But their latest bed partner is a pocong, a form of Indonesian/Malaysian wrapped ghost, that is said to be the soul of a dead person trapped in a shroud. The body is encased in white fabric, tied over the head and at the feet.

So imagine yourself lying beside a full length pillow that resembles a dead body, stained with blood, if you dare.

Owners Nattawud Supsumruam and his girlfriend decided to sell the ghost pillows at their shop, which initially brought little interest. However, since they went on sale, they have gone viral thanks to a Facebook post. Literally tens of thousands have viewed, commented or shared the post.

Some people approved of the ghoulish pillow, whilst others thought of it as sick. Each to their own as they say!

There is no doubt that the shop offers customers something different from your normal run of the mill bedding. Their idea is to shock people and drive sales up because of the nature of the pillows.
