BANGKOK, 31st October 2018 (NNT) – The temperatures in the North and North East of Thailand dropped by 1-3 degrees Celsius this morning while heavy rains continue in the South.
According to meteorologists, those living in the North and North East of the country have been advised to keep warm as temperatures continue to decline.
The temperatures in Bangkok and its vicinity also declined by a few degrees earlier today. Southern residents are likely to continue to experience heavy rain this week. Waves in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea could reach a height of 2 meters.
Typhoon Yutu, which is now moving toward China, will not have any impact on Thailand. Those planning to travel to China and Hong Kong however, are advised to check weather updates before leaving.
