Thailand’s condominium market is expected to continue its growth according to Sansiri Plc’s property management division, Plus Property thanks to quicker than expected closure on sales in multiple areas across the kingdom.
In a statement released by the company they noted that demand response is also very high notably in areas such as inner-Bangkok like Phloen Chit-Chit, Si Lom-Sathon and inside Sukhumvit.
Projects in these areas priced between 160,000 baht to 400,000 baht per square meter are typically being closed within three to four months of going on sale.
Lesser priced projects in the 130,000 baht to 160,000 baht per square meter price range in central Bangkok are selling even quicker with agents closing sales after just one month.
With Condo growth continuing to rise perhaps now is the time to start investing in property here in Thailand.
