One of the world’s leading car manufacturers is set to embark on a huge investment in Thailand.
Japanese firm Toyota, want to upgrade current factories and outlets to cater for development, production and exports of its family car range of vehicles.
Toyota will work in conjunction with its subsidiary company Daihatsu in this latest development.
In addition to the family car market, Toyota will expand its investment in the development and production of pick-ups, hybrids and electric vehicles in Thailand.
This of course will bring more skilled jobs to the nation and Toyota will of course provide training to ensure the labour force meets their high standards or expertise.
The move is expected to be approved next month by the board of Toyota.
