Boris Johnson the British Foreign Secretary will be visiting Thailand Monday to meet with Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha and Thailand’s Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai to discuss Thai-UK relations.
Subject scheduled to be discussed include increased cooperation in an effort to eradicate illegal wildlife trading, increased trade and investment relations, Thailand’s return to democracy and a host of other topics.
A statement was released by the British foreign embassy yesterday which expressed Mr Johnson’s desire to further strengthen relations between the UK and Thailand.
The visit by the British Foreign Secretary on February 11-12 will conclude his Asia tour during which Mr Johnson has also visited Myanmar and Bangladesh.
