A driverless bus is to be trialed in Greenwich, London with around 100 people taking part in the tests of the prototype shuttle bus.
The vehicle which travels at 16 kmph (10mph) is completely controlled by a computer but just in case something goes wrong, an operator will be aboard the bus at all times.
According the manufacturers, Oxbotica, over 5000 people had applied to take part in the tests.
The bus isn’t exactly large and in fact only has the ability to carry four people.
There is no steering wheel as the bus is guided by five cameras and three lasers as it travels along its two mile journey.
