The world’s largest passenger jet is set to receive and upgrade, which will provide enhanced fuel economy and additional seating.
The Airbus 380Plus, will have a new wing design, which will afford the aircraft to fly more efficiently due to superior aerodynamics.
The new jet was announced ahead of the Paris Air Show.
Manufacturers hope that the savings of 4% fuel consumption will help boost sales of their flagship jet.
Airbus Sales Chief John Leahy said “the plane will offer better economics and improved operational performance.
Additionally the new plane will cut costs by 13% per seat.
