A mother and son are in very hot water after a potty mouthed rant at a Bangkok police officer has led to the head of the Thung Mahamek police station instructing his officers to track down the pair.
Station chief Akrawut Thaneerat posted on a police social media page that the pair would be prosecuted to the “fullest extent of the law.”
In a video which has gone viral the mother and son were stopped by the officer on Monday morning after neither were wearing helmets and their bike had no licence plate.
Even though they were in the wrong it did not stop them from unleashing a string of abuse towards the officer for doing his job calling him an animal, a water monitor and alleging the officer had a sexual relationship with his mother.
They were also seen spitting in the officers direction. The mother also tried to say they were being singled out as many others don’t wear helmets.
Chief Akrawut has encouraged the officer involved to make a formal complaint over the incident which happened at 8am yesterday on Soi Suwansawat in Rama 4.
No doubt there will be some serious Wai-ing at the station once police catch up with the pair.
