A motorcyclist who survived following a collision with articulated vehicle in Chonburi must consider himself to be the luckiest person alive.
The bike rider was taken out by a Maersk truck in wet conditions, resulting in the bike being “sliced” in two.
A pick-up was also severely damaged when the lorry crossed the central reservation, taking the bike under its trailer and ramming the pick-up with its cab, before slamming into adjacent buildings.
Fortunately, both the driver of the bike and the pick-up survived and are being treated in hospital.
